What is the time limit for returns and exchanges?
We support the return of non-customized products within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, but in order to ensure the customer's user experience, we do not provide exchange services.
All customized products do not accept return or exchange applications. Customized products refer to products with "custom" in the product title or product description, and they are regarded as customized products.

Some products have special characteristics, and we do not accept return applications under the following conditions:

Refund method:
After receiving and confirming the return, if you need a refund, our company will handle the relevant refund for you within 5 working days based on your payment method:
For online payment, the payment will be refunded to the online payment account you paid at that time.
Paypal payment, the money will be refunded to your Paypal account.
